Ultrahub frequently dropping internet

Hi, 

In the past couple of weeks my internet stops responding. It's strange because the internet light is still on and says it's still connected to the internet but nothing works. 

 

It's the black ultrahub but I've tried on the old white one with the same issue. Have also tried different cables and disconnecting other devices to isolate the issue. After all that I come to think it's probably a line or vodafone issue

 

I found the event log and it appears when the internet stops working I get the errors attached. 

 

Does anyone know what that means?? And is it an issue within my house or a line issue or a vodafone issue? Screenshot_20200222-125543_Opera.jpg

 

I've had some terrible experiences with vodafone recently so I'm pretty close to changing provider!

I live rural with no decent cell reception and use sure signal with it. The broadband really provides everything and without it we are completely offline. I work from home a lot and it is incredibly frustrating!

Issue looks like it may be caused by uploads. If I try upload the smallest file internet stops working. 0.3mb upload speed doesn't seem rightScreenshot_20200223-111442_Opera.jpg

Hi @johnr @ thanks for the response. We only have a single line into the house at the door and it does not daisy chained anywhere else.

 

A few months ago we had really bad issues and chorus came out and aaid there was a damaged line up thw driveway. We live on a rural shared driveway which is at least 500m so I'm wondering if that's an issue again.

Thanks @johnr what's your recommendation of the least painful way to organising that through vf?

You will have to call VF and get a fault logged, Don't let them try and say it's the modem
