Hi there,
We have received a personally addressed mailer from Vodafone, suggesting that we renew onto the Ultimate Home plan for 12mths for our broadband (fibre) and landline.
The price is better than our current plan, but I have a suspicion that there are added costs as there is next to no info about the voice side of things. I can see that we would end up with a 2hr cap on NZ landline to landline calls, which we don't have currently, but nothing about our existing voicemail & caller ID, or (free) Best Mates add-ons.
Could someone clarify, please?
