Good morning,
Posting in the hope that someone will see this and help!
A few months ago we did our annual renewal of our fibre & home phone plan, and as also happens every year we have lost access to our home phone voicemail.
I've called and spent over an hour on the phone with various call centre people in the past few weeks, only to be told by the last person that I spoke to (Tuesday 10th) that they would call us at home that afternoon to help...which never happened.
Could someone *please* pick this up for me as I'm getting nowhere fast via any other medium.
