Ultimate Home FIbre 100 - Unable to access home phone voicemail

Good morning,

 

Posting in the hope that someone will see this and help!

 

A few months ago we did our annual renewal of our fibre & home phone plan, and as also happens every year we have lost access to our home phone voicemail.

 

I've called and spent over an hour on the phone with various call centre people in the past few weeks, only to be told by the last person that I spoke to (Tuesday 10th) that they would call us at home that afternoon to help...which never happened.

 

Could someone *please* pick this up for me as I'm getting nowhere fast via any other medium.

Is there anyone at @vodafone that can help me with this, please? Now 2 months and counting with no voicemail access!!

You need to call VodafoneNZ if the person on the phone can't fix it then ask them to log a fault ticket and don't hang up until you have a fault ticket number written down
