ULTRAHUB AGAIN!

I have apparently been changed from ADSL to VDSL but my shortcut pages now take up to 40 seconds to load when on ADSL they loaded immediately!!

I thought VDSL was supposed to be faster.Go figure!!!Not happy!!

Thanks for your post. Your VDSL will settle down and should be faster than ADSL, if it really doesn't we can roll it back. Should take about 1-2 weeks to settle.

Thanks Mike,I assume we were changed over in December because we had to have the ultrahub installed by the 6th Dec.We haven't had an Email as promised by Vodafone so these are all assumptions.It is just getting slower & slower.I would appreciate knowing if we have even been changed over & if we have We are very unimpressed!!

Mike Hales can you do anything about this?Nothing has changed and it is so frustrating!!We have 3 Grandchildren coming next week and they do Eschooll so that is going to be interesting.They already think our internet access is crap and now it is crappier!!

I will ask the team to run a series of checks on line etc. So sorry the VDSL not come right.
