Quite honestly Vodafone customer service is the worst of any kind I have experienced. I strongly recommend DO NOT SIGN UP TO A VODAFONE PLAN. The customer service reps are polite and seemingly helpful, they give assurance and make promises. But they seem only interested in being nice in case they are recorded. They don’t respond, they don’t call back and they all have a slightly different story. I have wasted so much time in the last 48 hours with no hint of a resolution to my question.
