Refering to my home phone/broadband 64 9 422 6328
This morning at about 09:25 I received a call on my home phone. A recorded message with a well spoken (?Australian) female voice told me that my ISP was going to be disconnected temporarily to change the IP address as my modem had been compromised. It then told me to press 1 to talk to technician or 2 to disconnect the modem. I was suspicious so did neither and put the phone back in the cradle. An hour later the modem has not been disconnected.
Did this call originate from Vodafone or do you think it was some kind of phishing attempt?
Are you able to check whether my system has been compromised?

scam - its not sometghing Vodafone does (they cant diconnect the modem by you pressing a number on your phone)
