I have signed up for a 4 months free broadband with an offer of 12 months free Neon subscription. My broadband was activated on 9 May 2018 but I still haven't yet to receive the neon access code.
I have followed this up a few times already but still haven't heard back.
This really frustrated me. It is part of the deal that Vodafone offer to customers but why I have to be the one chasing this up after I signed up to the plan.

I am the same Have had no information about my neon What's going on Vodafone...Not a happy customer
