Running speedtest, on a physical cabled computer, to a Vodafone server I'm getting approx 86m down and 93m up. Pretty bad considering I'm paying for premium. ONT, and modem reset.
Any ideas?

FYI: FibreMax plan

Either
- Broken Ethernet Cable
- Old ethernet cable (it needs to be Cat5E or Cat6 printed on the cable to support 1Gbit speed)
- your device has a 100Mbit network interface on it.
How fast is your wifi? A modern device using the 5ghz wifi band should get more than 100Mbit

As @MrMorm said it sounds like there's a 100Mbit ethernet connection somewhere along the line within your home. The fact that you're getting 93 Mbit up would indicate that you are indeed on the Fibre Max (as otherwise it would be closer to 20 Mbit).
Double checking your speed over WiFi is a great idea, assuming you're using the ethernet cable provided with our router to connect to your ONT and it isn't damaged etc.

Thanks for the responses.
I tested a month ago and was getting 400+.
My connection from another property on Fibre 100 and I get the 80mb speeds.
Computer ethernet to router is definietly a GB.
All my ethernet cables are CAT 6.
I'll try swapping out the cable between the ONT and router and see if that changes anything.
Cheers

Your modem should show you the internet link speed.
If you use a Vodafone Ultra Hub, it is in the menu under Status and Support / Status / WAN Status / IPv4WAN Stats
Also, I think the ONT LAN1 light is orange for gigabit link.
