Hi there. What is the correct proceedure for disconnecting our rural broadband service. We have been on the 200GB plan for a year and so out of contract, and I rang Vodafone but alas they can't match Spark's latest deal which is cheaper with a lot more data. So be it. No problem if my money goes elsewhere. What is the correct process for terminating?
