Trying to set up my NZ connection ready for my return from overseas is proving impossible. The no provided for overseas was unanswered after 30 minutes. The website requires a call to an 0508 number. All I need is an e mail address.
Calls made on my behalf in NZ have failed. The first request was given the website, not an e mail. The second request was told my area isn't covered. It is.
