Poor fibre

Hi maybe someone on here can help me, we had perfectly fine broadband and we were offered free installation of fibre. Their contracted company came out and made a shambles of the installation, 8 drill holes up the wall, and ran one of our extension cords over a bed to the other side of the room. Since we have had Vivre we can’t even watch a full movie on Netflix that we pay for and our monthly bill for Vodafone has gone up without any notice, I just did an internet speed test and it’s running at just short of 7mbps, I’ve contacted over phone and bee yelled at because somehow the doge job of the fibre was my fault and still didn’t solve the slow internet speed, I’ve tried ringing and nothing happens tried Facebook message and no one replies, I just can’t seem to talk to someone that might be able to help, I’m over the messy job the contractor did (sometimes its better to pick your battles) but paying extra for slower speed doesn’t seem to be fair. Can any one help? And thank you
