Poor Customer Service

Phoned up today to move to a new plan today and fix in for 24 months.

 

Got put on hold when they had difficulty and they disconnected my call while I waited.

 

At least they could call me back!! This is the second time I have been hung up on. Last time was with support.

 

By the way, the noise from people in the background of the support call centre is terrible. Sales doesn't have any noise.
