So somebody from Vodafone called me to say they were doing a plan check, i thought that was nice of them.
Rather than a plan check it was a UPSELL.
A plan check should be to look at the plan we are on and provide info on what is comparable with our current plan. NOT tell me we are on the wrong plan and should be on the one with additional features that costs more $$$ than we are already paying.
After doing my own "Plan Check" i see that the exact same plan we are on at the moment is now cheaper than what we pay!
Why unlike other broadband companies who when they change the prices for new customers pass the savings onto existing customers without these customers having to do anything.
