I've had no ADSL since 29/03. Landline phone is OK. I've power cycled my router, conducted an isolation test etc to no avail.
Received an email 04/03 from VF saying the network I was on was to be upgraded. Work was to have taken place 28/03.
14/03 I received another email stating my "new home phone application is on track". I didn't request any change, but I assume it's to do with the aforementioned DSL upgrade.
I've had no communication since.
My account number is 6099218. Can someone please look into it and advise?
I've called the 0800 number a few times but give up after being on hold for 30+ minutes.
