My fibre BB was supposed to be connected on Monday, I got the confirmation email but still have no internet - no light on the modem. I have tried all the obvious fixes and all help lines are effectively closed during the current crisis - I can understand that.
I don't know if there is anything I can do here with my modem setting, any ideas? Thanks.
Thank you but it is a Vodafone modem. I suspect I was sent the email advising my connection by one person but Vodafone didn't have the people to actually connect me due to the crisis situation and priorities.
