New fibre service not connected

My fibre BB was supposed to be connected on Monday, I got the confirmation email but still have no internet - no light on the modem. I have tried all the obvious fixes and all help lines are effectively closed during the current crisis - I can understand that.

 

I don't know if there is anything I can do here with my modem setting, any ideas? Thanks.

 A vodafone modem should auto-connect as it is set for Fibre already

If you got another brand is needs to be set for DHCP, VLAN 10 in the internet settings menu to work

The Modems WAN port should be connected via the cable to the Chorus ONT LAN1 port (usually lan 1 if a new install) too

Thank you but it is a Vodafone modem. I suspect I was sent the email advising my connection by one person but Vodafone didn't have the people to actually connect me due to the crisis situation and priorities.

The Vodafone support team are still working on this for me. They have sent a second modem which was not successful and they have now raised another call with Chorus.
