So customer service is no help whatsoever and still waiting on Internet to be apparently "activated". It's been over 3 weeks now since I requested an upgrade to the new plan, now I don' have any Internet at all. 10 year customer about to head over to Spark.

Hi @MrTRD, was this just a plan upgrade, or are you changing from one type of network to another (For example from ADSL to Fibre, etc) When you spoke to customer service, what reason did they give you for the delay?

This was just a plan change from an existing fibre plan.
Have been unable to actually speak to anyone at customer service so far

Our Fibre Install team have a direct number you can contact them on so that you don't have to call the main support number. Give them a ring on 0800 346 825. They should be able to follow up on your Fibre order and help sort that for you. Hope that helps!
