Will try ask again since no one has responded to my last post and I’ve wlso tried ringing vodafone and no one is getting back to me there which is becoming a joke I resigned my vdsl for 12 months and also upgraded to unlimited. With doing that I also got Neon for 12 months but am still waiting for a promo code to be sent through. Would like the promo code to be sent through and this resolved ASAP
Hi. This can be resolved by the Contact Centre reps for you. Ask for a Billing Specialist right away. They are dedicated to follow up for an unresolved issue within the call. Try to ask their vodafone email so that you can email you or you can email them directly. They will usually agree to it or even offer it to you by the end of the call.
