Need to link mobile and broadband online accounts

Hi,

 

Can someone please help me link my vodafone mobile and FibreX online accounts?

 

Currently I have to login to https://www.vodafone.co.nz/#sign-in for checking mobile balance

and https://customerzone.vodafone.co.nz/selfservice-customerzone/login.jsf for checking FibreX account

 

However,

I want to see both balances at one place and

if possible, pay only once for both services.

 

I tried adding a connection online after logging in to mobile account. It throws following error after entering Broadband username and broadband password:

 
Failed to add connection
Sorry, we've been unable to add your connection, please check the details you've entered and try again.

Hi Yogesh, at this stage, it's not possible to link your FibreX account with your mobile account. You will need to login to these seperately.
