After the circus I endured to simply resign my plan with Vodafone (refer my post under Billing Problems) I have now finally receoived 2 modems - one was the initial dispatch which was incorrectly addressed and the second was a further dispatch in response to the follow up calls I made to Vodafone. Needless to say the modem(s) arrived weeks after the "within 3 days" promised. My address has not changed in over 10 years so go figure !
My wife who is the partner mobile phone to the plan and listed on our broadnand account was told by Vodafone that they could only talk with me regarding arranging a time to visit and replace the older modem with the new one.
They promised they would contact me within the day - this was about a week ago.
So - I will now have o endure the call center circus again
