I have changed my Broadband plan and been given a new account number. Now the problems seem to start.
It took 3 months to get it activated and now I find I am being sent emails advising I have used 80% of my data under my old plan. On top of that, I can't register the new account on My Vodafone, tells me email address already used. Of course it is.
All I want is to be able to access the correct account to make sure I now have the correct amount of BB.
