Hi,
I am oving house on the 22/9/17.
We have been told by our ISP they cant connect our internet until the current owner cancle theirs(with Vodafone).
The current owner said:
"I have also had a 1 hour conversation with VODAFONE and have hit a small problem in relation to the Internet Connection. Because we are ‘transferring” our account to our new house (new build – new connection) the earliest date CHORUS can connect us is 29th September. Unfortunately CHORUS can’t disconnect the old service any sooner.
VODAFONE tell me that Nick (Powell) needs to contact them and explain the situation and REQUEST a temporary connection until 30th September – they (VODAFONE) have special arrangements they can put in place to accommodate this"
Can you help wit this?

Hi there, do you happen to know the phone number thats in the property at the moment.
This doesnt seem correct, theres bound to be a process for situations like this.
