Can I keep my static IP address when changing from a business to a personal plan? I am currently on 'Business Broadband 2' with Direct Dial discount and static IP. I'm considering a change to 'Smart Connect' fibre. I'm unable to speak on the phone due to recent surgery. I've tried using the Chat serrvice and have been promised someone would email me regarding this. This hasn't happened. Can someone email me or give me a contact email address. Rgds, TP
