I have been having issues with my account for 3 months(since vodafone changed my customer number) and vodafone can't seem to sort it.They keep sending me an account to my old customer number which has supposed to be closed.I was assured last wek that is was closed and last night got an email account to my old customer number which is just climbing.I DON'T owe vodafone anything,I am up to date with my payments.My concern is because you can't talk to anyone at the moment to sort it they will cut off my phone and internet.

 

Needless to say I am getting really peed off and we are ready to change providors.

 

Can someone from Vodafone PLEASE reassure me!!
