Keep sending wrong bill

I have two issues with Vodafone. (1) They don’t keep their promise; (2) they keep sending wrong bills to me.

Mar 12: They agreed to give four months free if I renew my contract, which means 1st bill will be in August. (I paid full till Mar 31 already); 

Apr 6: they bill me $199. I called and they promised to correct the mistake but asked me to pay the 1st bill of the renewed contract first, then the following four months will be free. That means next bill will be August. 

Apr 28- called to inform them I haven’t receive the April 1st bill which they asked me to pay first. Surprisingly, they told me that I owe them $0.88 cents and it is not 4months free, but three months! They asked me if I received any confirmation email from them in order to proof it. But, They never send out any confirmation. Does anyone receive letter from them after talking to customer service?  I explained the whole story to them and they promised to check with specialist and call me back. But no news from them at all!

May 9: I called to follow up again and I have been informed that they can’t do anything with it. If I have problem, I can talk to Ninja. I lost confidence in Vodafone. So, I gave up and said that I will talk to Ninja about the four months thing, but please give me an email to confirm they agreed on three months free so that I can proof to them next time. They agreed.  However, the email never come. They didn’t send me the Ninja link too. 

Jun 5: Received a bill for $40! The 1st bill should be in July if three months free. If four months free, should be in August. So, I called Vodafone again and they said they can’t do anything but asked me to contact Ninja! Here I am, the whole story. I believe I am not alone. One thing i really don’t understand. They recorded our calls. If they listen to the recorded conversations, they should find out the real story. How can they act so irresponsible and denied what they promised? I am confused !

Still awaiting for advice from Vodafone Ninja! I called service Center and they asked me to talk to Ninja. However, after posting my question since last week. Received no response at all. What should I do?
