Hi,
I have been trying to find someone who I can talk to about renewing my VDSL contract. Happy to continue with the current terms and discounts. But your customer service team is unable to offer the same deal. I have been waiting for a few weeks for someone from the retention team to get in touch.

Welcome to the community
Your best bet to get in touch with our retention team is to call us on 0800 438 448 (option 3.) They are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sorted now, the retention team is only available during office hours (9-5 ish). It's not very conveninent, but I managed to find some time to call and talk to to them.
