Just wanting to figure out what is happening with our invoicing. Since changing to Fibre at the start of April we have receieved a couple of zero invoices and now we have just receieved an invoice for April & May. We agreed to combine our mobile & broadband invoices which sounded like a good idea but now we don't have Sky on there like we use to.
Please help as it is starting to get confusing. We thought combining invoices would simplify things but it has been the total opposite.
Just an update. Last Tuesday we receieved a notification that our sky was to be cancelled. We rang Vodafone the next day to let them know this was an error but where told if it hadn't been cut off then it was just a communication error.
My partner rang sky and confirmed vodafonehad cancelled our sky & we had to talk to them. After another hour wait to talk to someone we finally got through to someone who couldn't help us at all & just transferred us through to Sky.
Everytime we have to deal with Vodafone they find a way to mess something up. For a services company Vodafone - your service sucks.
