Since we got our new Vodafone Ultra Hub Plus the internet drops out same time (7.16pm) every night for the same amout of time (approx 15 mins).
None of the settings on the Hub set up webpage at 192.168.1.1 appear to cover any times. So it doesn't appear to be a scheduling issue with the modem.
Would appreciate anyone's help with this.

Factory resetting your HG659 modem
Make sure you have the modem plugged in and turned on.
Press and hold reset button (next to DSL port) with pen or paperclip while powered on.
Wait until the WLAN light turns off, and LAN1-4 turn on.
Let go of reset button.
Wait for modem to restart

What connection type are you on? DSL or UFB or HFC?
These type of faults are always caused by premise equipment like alarms or firewalls..

And I am not aware of an alarm or firewall.
Plus I tried the factory reset described above and that didn't work.
