Hi, we have been having problems with the internet dropping off multiple times every day. We have to restart the modem every time. I first posted about this earlier in the year, and was told that there was a problem at the cell site, and this seemed to be resolved fairly quickly. Now we have the same problem again and after 5 weeks I am getting a little frustrated.
Hi Tracy, if your cellsite is one of those on this list of planned upgrades then that might explain the issues you are having. If not, it would be best to report the fault to our contact centre so that our tech team can help you troubleshoot and identify the issue.
