Internet Provider change

Hi Vodafone accounts

 

As of March 20th 2020, we have changed to Fibre Broadband connection, under Trust Power, our new Internet Provider.The Vodafone Ultra Hub has been disconnected as well as the Landline which we no longer use. We have paid up until the 31st March 2020 due largely to the inability to contact anyone at Vodafone, over the phone, understandably, due to this COVID19 alert.Can we request a refund for the 11 days since (March 20th 2020), when we switched to Trust Power?
