Incorrect charging

Hi,

 

I have received my first Vodafone monthly bill for Ultimate fibre 100. The bill shows an extra monthly fee of 102$. However, it was not agreed upon when signing up for a 12-month contract. 

 

Please, someone, help me sort this out.
