Every month I am charged $89.00 minus $10.01 for my broadband and home phone. I was quoted $69.99 for this and every month I have to ring up and get a credit put through. I am assured EVERY MONTH that this will be fixed and once again it has not. Apparently it is noted on my account . Can someone please fix this.

I also am having the same issue, had to have my monthly invoice amounts adjusted since March 2018. I am told by the Billing Agent that the Sales Agent need to update plan in the system and I have been assured this will be fixed. Fingers crossed I will get a correct bill next month. Watch this space!!
