IPV6 on RBI/4G

Is IPV6 available on the 4G wireless broadband network?

I ask because it seems Vodafone are running CGNAT, which means I cannot easily remote connect to machines on my network.  Looking around the internet, it seems that with IPV6 I might have a reasonably static IPV6 address - at least something I could run dynamic DNS to point to - and this would then let me SSH into my servers remotely.

Is this available, or going to be available any time soon?

No.
But you could change to another provider who is an RBI reseller and can offer static IP.
