For the past 2 or 3 weeks my IPV6 hasn't been working.
Any idea why?
Nope. Have you tried both rebooting the modem and factory resetting it?

Hi @Christopher - unfortunately the Ninjas on these forums post in their free time, they aren't employed full-time to answer questions, so sometimes they may take some time to answer some requests. If you private message your customer number and contact details along with a description of the issue to me, I can get a tech agent from the callcentre to get in touch and log a fault for you.

Called the call centre and they told me that IPV6 and IPV4 work at the same time so their is no issue they said it switches between the 2 automatically.
