However, so far other providers are a lot more expensive, and have MUCH more confusing (even deceptive) pricing and plans.
But I'm just about over Vodafones incompetent technical support.
In a fair number of calls to them, I have encountered maybe 2 people who knew what they were talking about.
In the lastest saga, most of them kept refering to the router as the modem. Even though I am on FibreX and the router and modem are separate.
Has anyone had good experiences with other providers? For fast internet connections, in the 1Gb download / 100Gb upload or higher range.
CanstarBlue (NZ) has a section about NZ Broadband providers (also one for Pay Monthly and PrePay providers) so there is some good reading on there.
Otherwise word of mouth always works, however do look at your budget also.
