I have tried nearly every day last week to get through to a Vodafone representative to cancel my Rural Broadband and when I did get through to someone on Saurday they said I could not cancel through them and could only do it during business hours Monday-Friday. They gave me the number 0800 400 021 to get directly to the accounts team but the robot on the phone asks of a password and never let's me through.
I have just called again and waiting 30 minutes and was then hung up on. What is going on and why are the numbers not listed on the website?!?! TOBi is absolutely useless.
My account has just renewed today. I need to sort this out. Please, some one at Vodafone give me a number I call.
