I cancelled my landline in November and the account sent to me is in credit. Not having any other phone plan how do I get a refund please?

Thanks for your reply. I had tried the phone call earlier but was put off by the wait of 10-20 minutes. Nevertheless I tried again this afternoon and got a satisfactory resolution after 21 mins 20 secs. Phew!!
