Sorry, I don't live near an electric fence or anything that could send a pulse on the hour.

 

I dont have a house alarm, therefore thats not the issue. I have a big dog and nosey neighbours instead Smiley Happy

 

Currently Im trying different options that I have googled. Ill know at 9:07 tonight if the first one worked

Well that didnt work, however,I have discovered that the hour starts from when I load into windows. So there might be a scheduler within Windows 10 that is performing this action.
