I am being hounded by Vodafone and have a final warning to pay a bill I paid on 17 March. Vodafone then proceeded to refund the payment over two weeks later and waited until today to threaten me with further action if I do not pay. I now work in the UK and Vodafone are too useless to have an actual customer service email or chat service.
