Does any one know how we can order a replacement modem for the Home Wireless plan. Unforunately due to bad flatmate, it the current device no longer functions.
I've tried calling Vodafone, no staff seem to know which department handle this enquiry. I've been transferred to sales and they say its a tech support call, and tech support say its a sales call... I've spoken to 6 different staff. I've msg them on fb..no response.
