Hi

 

I had my broadband plus home phone converted to fibre on 25 May. The technician from Chorus ensured that the phone was working fine before he left. But when Vodafone registered the change a couple of hours later, the phone stopped working, and hasn't worked since. 

 

I have spent hours on hold etc to the Vodafone tech team without any result. The last I was told on Sunday was that the phone would be reconnected on Tuesday 28 May. It didn't happen.
