Home Data Usage

I am on a Ultimate FibreX 200 plan and have noticed occasional very high peaks of data usage.

For example: On the 1st April Downstream was over 27GB between 7:21pm and 7:33pm (12 minutes!). On the 11th March Downstream was 21GB between 9:41am and 11:30am. Normal monthly usage (excluding these two peak periods) is 40.7GB.

I am not aware of any particular activity that I was doing at these times to use so much data. Nor was anything updating. My security is pretty strenuous so it's unlikely anybody outside my network was using it.

Anybody have any ideas on what causes this or how to monitor usage?
