Help with changed plan please (Landline lost) new plan with new account number not working

Help Please

 

I have a new upgraded plan with a new account number given to me on 17-07-2020 but nothings changed and I can still log in to my old account howerver I have now lost the landline red led light flashing for Phone.

The connection I'm posting this on is still the old account number and is working on the 100 down 20 up plan with bestmates disappeared  and landline not going . I made the mistake I think of registering the modem serial thinking that it might activate the new account and since then have lost bestmates and landline.

 

I've since reset the router also unregistered the serial from the vodafone H-500-t on the acccounts page.

I then and loaded up the last saved config file which had been working ealier this morning which brought back the phone settings in the modem but still not working.

 

The plan still seems locked to the old account number Fibre Broadband 100/20 Bestmates and Landline

 

The New account number which I had emailed to me is Unlimited Fibre Max with Landline + Bestmates

 

Not sure what to do now the landline went down saturday after it was accidentaly turned off from a multiplug power switch of

 

I really would appreciate some help from a Tec

Updated . I just did a factory reset of the Modem and now I have the Landline going again which is good news.

 

Outside of that I am still on old slower plan and account number and logging into that account shows bestmates has gone from the side menu.

 

Unless anyone can still help , I will wait till Monday when I can hopefully get to Solutions Specialist in Christchurch who intialy helped me to renew my plan and gave me a new account number via email
