I was promised "24/7 NInja Service" when I signed up. My speeds are getting slower. Upload is so slow it almost does not exist.
Please help. Walk me through the diagnostic process.

Up VDSL Downstream speed (Mbit/s): 9.326 Upstream speed (Mbit/s): 0.379 Access type: VDSL
0.379 upload speed.
And my already very slow download speed almost stops when I am uploading.
If this can not be fixed asap, I'm paying the contract break fee and moving to Spark.
I saw your speeds you posted in another thread here.
Are you testing via Wifi or Ethernet ?

Thank you for your reply.
I am testing using wifi.

You need to test direct with an Ethernet connection to your modem.
There is multiple factors that may cause an issue with your wifi speeds.
Before we look to address those, we need to establish if it is actually a wifi issue or an issue with the connection itself.
We can do that by testing via Ethernet, so we know what speed the actual connection is performing at.

hmm, I'll have to buy an ethernet cable and USB-C adapter to do this. I would rather not as it is expensive and I will never use those items again. Are we able to proceed having not ruled out wifi issues?

Not really. Wifi speeds are not indicative of the actual connections performance- perhaps you could supply the DSL line stats from your modem speed. Would be helpful to know the sync rate.

ok.
I threw out the ethenet cable that came with the modem because it is 2018 and my laptop has not had an ethernet port for numerous years. I'll need ot buy one. Could you please advise exactly what cable I need. Cat 5a, 6a?? I recall that they are not all the same.

CAT6 will be fine

Can you please log into your router and provide the DSL stats?

Noted for cable, thanks.
For DSL status, not sure exactoy what you want. I found this:
