I got fibre connected yesterday and the phone is still not working. Just get an engaged dial tone when ringing in or out. The phone previously worked when connected to the old modem/hub we had before fibre was installed. The installers said it would take an hour for the phone to start working. Obviously this is not the case.
Any suggestions on how to rectify this would be greatly apprectiated.

What colour is the phone light on the front of the modem?

There is no light at all on the phone and mobile(not expecting mobile) dots. Internet, wi-fi and power dots are all glowing green.

Please give us a call on 0800 806 106 from another phone, sounds like the line is not enabled yet.

Thanks. When is the best time to ring? I have tried a couple of times today and have given up after being on hold for so long.

hi , i also had fibre installed on march the 8 th, i still have no phone , and yes i have the grey modem, no light on , i have rung up countless times , but yet still no phone, thats 10 days with out a phone line , this is beginning to be a nightmare , i need my phone!!!!!!!!
