online chat what has happened? i just want to get my bill emailed, so i can pay. Third time it has failed to arrive by email. Not wanting to wait 45 mins on the phone (based onprevious experience). Used to be so easy to chat with someone? now having such difficulty. TOBi no help
Thank you for your reply John. My Vodafone. been 20 mins trying to login, requested new password, nothing has arrived in the last 10 mins. We have previously done all this through live chat with no issues, been a great service. Not wanting to call, previous experience not good.
