Hi,

 

Can I switch my fixed line and broadband service to Smart Connect for a 12 month term with immediate effect. I am currently on a 80GB fixed line and broadband services. Vodafone has recently increased their charges from $60.99 to $100.99 effective 1st Aug

You can do this online in My Vodafone (using PC web browser), which is easiest.

  • Log in
  • Opens summary page
  • Click on 'Manage service'
  • Select 'Change pack'
  • Click 'Change plan'

That's it.

After clicking 'change plan', there is no option for me to select to change plan to 'smart connect'
