Fibre voicemail - invalid mailbox?

we have a  new fibre ultimate home pack with home phone and mailbox which is telling us we have an invalid mailbox number

Thanks for that. So to summarise, you're calling 0818 and rather than going through the setup you're getting "invalid mailbox" message. Sounds like your voicemail may not have been set up properly. If you message me your phone number or account number, I'll ask the Care team to check the setup.

Thanks Mike. No voicemail ,now says unavailable but doesnt appear to be itemized on our new fibre account so at least not being charged. Will see how we go without it for now but thanks

I have the same problem!!!!. Switched to fibre homeline and broadband and vodafone tv (was assured it would be all my same services transitioned over and it has been mistake after mistake already spent so much time on the phone sorting the other mistakes ) I have my voicemail and call waiting pack on my bill so getting charged but cannot even get into my mailbox.
