I've just been informed that my fibre connection has been pushed back a month and no one can tell me why. I have tried calling just about every possible number, have been put on hold for ages and transferred from dept to dept. The fibre line has been installed from the road to my house and the connection within my house completed. I was told by Chorus that there was a blockage at the street and they needed to 'blow out the fibre' at the street. This I understand has been done. So what do I need to wait another month to switch it on if everything is in place???
