Fibre connection failing

Hi there, I disconnected my router from the ONT last night and when reconnected found that I have no internet connection. I followed all prompts for starting the connection again but nothing is working. The lights on the ONT are all green (Power, Optical and LAN1). The router shows Power and WIFI are on, although the Internet light is not showing - I can connect all devices to the router. The WAN line is plugged in. If I unplug any cables from this point the LAN1 line on the ONT lights up ORANGE.

I cannot get through to vodafone to see if an exchange issue as they are only answering medical emergencies.

Any ideas much appreciated.

mke sure nothing is connected to the DSL port on the modem.

The Ethernet cable from the WAN port of the Ultra hub needs to connect to the correct LAN port on the ONT (usually LAN1)

If it was working before you unplugged the modem and not now it sounds like the cables are not plugged in the correct place
